Nice Resort situated close to very nice and quiet beaches. The staff, in particular Hugo has been very professional and helpful for all our stay. The room has an amazing panoramic view off the sunset and the sea, although the interior needs updating especially the bathroom and bedroom, as does claim to be a 4 stars and the price should reflect the standard of the room better. The facilities were good with a nice pool and on demand sauna. Recommended

The apartment we had, one bedroom with sea view, was spacious but not well furnished and was very clean. The kitchen was too small for anything more than breakfast. It might be ok for a summer holiday but not for winter. It had a large balcony with great views but a bit far from the sea. It was west facing so there was not enough sun essential for a winter holiday. The hotel has beautiful gardens which are well looked after. It is closed to a beautiful beach but the area is very quiet during winter. It has a good WiFi but you need to bring your own shampoo, strange for a 4 star hotel . We didn't use the restaurant as it was very quiet and uninviting. There are some good restaurants close by.

We had a particularly bad experience at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. From the beginning, even before sitting at our table, it was made fairly clear children were tolerated at best, this was confirmed by the manager. Not worth 12EUR/pers.

The location is fantastic, the grounds are well maintained and the person who greeted us was very welcoming. Rooms could use some updating but weÂ¿re clean and well equipped.

Extremely lovely staff, very nice atmosphere, great location and the private ‘houses’ together with the service is just the perfect mix between independence/privacy and comfort. Only suggestions for improvement: the door handles are really loud and the ‘sleeping couch’ is very uncomfortable, making the sleeping situation quite difficult sometimes, especially if 4 people are staying in one house.

Just back from a great week away. Lovely place to stay. Quiet resort but clean and well cared for. No fighting for sun beds either. Beach is a short walk away. Nearest shop is 15 mins walk away but bewarned! there is a very steep hill to tackle. Staff are friendly and helpful. One recommendation would be an onside shop for the basics. Maybe more choice on the menu. Will definitely return next year.

Great hotel with very good service and nice people. Very good location overlooking Porto Mos beach. Easy to get to center Lagos 30 minutes walk or Bus line 2. Nice pools with, good place to sit in the garden in front of apartments. Very good happy hour. There are some small problems. Breakfast coffee is bad. We had dinner twice, good cataplana on Saturday and uninspiring buffet dinner another day. Not much food for vegatarians. Internet is so so. Browsing works but sending pictures to friends or phone backup almost does not work.

Pros: great location, exceptionally well kept grounds and the room is well equipped and clean. Cons: we tried the buffet in the morning. At 12EUR per adult it was not worth it; there was very limited options and staff struggled to replenish quickly. Moreover, the manager made it very clear that young kids were not welcome. We didn’t have time to sit down that she was already lecturing us and angrily moving things around. We brought this up and they simply explained they are overwhelmed and are stressed with kids because they had bad experiences in the past. I would recommend to avoid it if you have kids.
